We’re on the lookout for a bright and enthusiastic QS or Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor (looking for their first intermediate QS role), eager to dive into a variety of development projects. Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate has:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
- At least 24 months of quantity surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management firm, with a solid grasp of UK construction practices.
- Proficiency in measurements and a strong understanding of NRM.
- Knowledge of cost planning and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
- Experience in pre and post-contract cost management within the built environment.
- Outstanding analytical and numerical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
