- 12 month Contract Role – Partnership Tax Accountant
- Work for a prestigious Banking / Financial Services business
About Our Client
Our client is a well-respected international financial services business based in Central London. Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the partnership manager on tax matters, reporting to the Head of Tax EMEA & Asia.
- Manage member current and capital accounts.
- Handle admission of new members, including reviewing contracts, HMRC registration, and calculation of drawings.
- Assist with the resignation of members and final tax reserve statement.
- Prepare and distribute annual RSU statements.
- Annual filing of employee-related securities (fka Form 42).
- Cash-flow reporting for the partnership.
- Support the Corporate Tax Manager in monthly provisioning and corporate tax filings.
- Assist on global and local tax projects as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- Part Qualified / Qualified CTA/ACA/ACCA.
- Excellent general knowledge of all UK taxes.
- Exposure to a variety of international jurisdictions is preferred.
- Working knowledge of RSU accounting and taxation desired.
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Motivated professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Diligent with a results-driven focus; seeks opportunities to improve processes and quality of deliverables.
- Efficient and high-quality execution with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to timelines.
