Planning Partner

Lewis Davey are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a Planning Partner to join an esteemed multidisciplinary property consultancy. As a company that continues to expand its Town Planning services, they are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to support and lead a team of planners in a brand new office.

Our client is an established and well-respected consultancy with a diverse portfolio of clients and projects. With a strong presence in the industry, they are now dedicated to further enhancing their Town Planning offering and extending their reach across the UK. This is an exciting time to be part of the team as they embark on this expansion.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of planners in the new Manchester office.
2. Oversee major residential and/or infrastructure projects.
3. Develop strategies for business growth.
4. Foster relationships within the industry and with clients.

Qualifications:

1. Seasoned Town Planning expert with a strong network of connections.
2. Experience at a Director level or an Associate Director ready to step up.
3. Experience in managing a team.
4. Familiarity with the North West area.
5. Previous experience in setting up a new office or team is beneficial but not essential.

The Planning Partner role offers an attractive package, including a competitive starting salary in the range of £80k, commensurate with experience.
