We are seeking an adaptable and conscientious individual to join our team as a Project Support Officer. This role is ideal for someone capable of providing first-class project support by managing key project controls, including risk and issue logs. The role involves working with Project Managers to deliver project plans, financial tracking and forecasting (including budget analysis), maintaining the project register, and assessing performance against metrics and milestones from the project dashboard. The position is expected to last approximately 6 months with likelihood to extend beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key project controls, including risk and issue logs.

  • Work with Project Managers to deliver project plans.

  • Perform financial tracking and forecasting, including budget analysis.

  • Maintain the project register.

  • Assess project performance against metrics and milestones from the project dashboard.

  • Liaise with business and technical stakeholders at various levels.

  • Work with Chief Officers, Project Managers, project teams, and external third parties and vendors.
