An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients team in their Brighton offices.\\n\\nThe role will be working within the Commercial Property & Development team and would suit a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property or Property Development.\\n\\nMy client is looking for a candidate with the right attributes and attitude rather than a specific amount of PQE, so this role would be suited to NQ Solicitors as well as experienced Solicitors.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n- Manage a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters, including acquisition, refinances, drafting/negotiating leases and development agreements.\\n- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on a range of issues, including planning, construction, and financing in the context of commercial property development.\\n- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents, including leases, sale and purchase agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, pre-emption agreements and development contracts.\\n- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, developers, and other third-party advisors.\\n- Stay up to date with changes in commercial property law and market developments to provide innovative and relevant legal advice.\\n- Manage your own caseload and assist senior team members on more complex matters as required.\\n\\nSkills, Experience & Benefits:\\n\\n- Qualified Solicitor.\\n- Positive attitude.\\n- An enthusiasm and passion for continued self-development which involves change and progress.\\n- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.\\n- Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\\n- Commercially focused with the ability to deliver practical and solution-driven advice to clients.\\n- The ongoing training and support provided, together with the opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for the successful candidate.\\n\\n- Competitive annual leave\\n- Private medical cover\\n- Life insurance\\n- Company pension\\n- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay\\n- Hybrid working\\n- Working hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday\\n- Dog friendly office days\\n- Regular calendar of staff social events\\n\\nShould you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.\\n\\nPlease Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
