Intermediate Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM)
Full-time / Contract
£35,000 – £50,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. 5-7 years\’ experience within the Sustainability Sector.
2. BREEAM New Construction Assessor Qualification – must be an accredited BREEAM Assessor with MINIMUM 3 years of experience conducting assessments.
3. Sustainability Report Writing.
4. Proficiency with OneClick LCA software.
5. Knowledge of WLCA / LCC and NetZero.
6. Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations including Air / water quality testing and circular economy.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various project stakeholders effectively.
8. Ability to work independently, managing your own workload and delivering projects on time.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
