Intermediate Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM)
Full-time / Contract
£35,000 – £50,000
Key Responsibilities:
- 5-7 years\’ experience within the Sustainability Sector.
- BREEAM New Construction Assessor Qualification – must be an accredited BREEAM Assessor with MINIMUM 3 years of experience conducting assessments.
- Sustainability Report Writing.
- Proficiency with OneClick LCA software.
- Knowledge of WLCA / LCC and NetZero.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations including Air / water quality testing and circular economy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various project stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently, managing your own workload and delivering projects on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
