SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Description:

DXC is expanding its SAP business in the UK and Europe and seeks SAP SuccessFactors Consultants and leaders to join our team. You will be involved in the entire deal lifecycle, from initial sales to supporting delivery with your expertise.

You will have opportunities to work across multiple accounts in the UK and Europe, spanning various industries. As a virtual-first company, you will primarily work from home with minimal travel.

Our growth is driven by three key factors: People, Customers, and Operational Execution . We prioritize these areas and invest accordingly.

Due to account requirements, SC Security Clearance is necessary. Applicants must be UK nationals who have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years. Dual nationals are currently not considered.

The Role

1. Opportunity Analysis: Understand client needs and validate opportunities by analyzing business challenges, current technology architecture, and scope of work.
2. Solution Design and Development: Advise, design, and implement SuccessFactors and HXM solutions, developing detailed solution models including scope, architecture, delivery model, staffing, risk mitigation, and best practices.
3. Solution/Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of SAP projects, participate in upgrades, implementations, and rollouts as a functional lead or program manager. Provide expertise in SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation, Learning, and Workforce Analytics.
4. Engage in requirements analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and building client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience with at least one full SAP S/4HANA lifecycle, including rollouts and support.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors business processes and blueprints.
• Recent experience with S/4HANA implementation, system conversion, or landscape transformation.
• Ability to articulate S/4HANA functionalities, including Fiori.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors HXM suite and HCM integration.
• Business and IT experience in SAP applications.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.

Preferred Skills

• Proven performance in SAP functional project delivery.
• Experience with S/4HANA SuccessFactors integrations and data models.
• Client consulting skills.

Education and Experience

• Extensive experience in solution building and delivery.
• 5-10 years in project or program management.
• S/4HANA certification or other SAP solutions is a plus.
