New Business Account Director
Working From Home
We have an opportunity for a New Business Account Director to join an established and growing IT Solutions and Services Business and become a valuable part of the Sales team.
The role will be home based – with occasional visits to the office, so it is imperative that you be comfortable conducting client meetings online via Teams/Zoom. The role of New Business Account Director will consist of driving new business growth across the full range of their IT solutions and services.
As Account Director, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Generating and developing new business growth
- Holding client meetings via Teams/Zoom to establish relationships
- Keeping clients engaged through the sales process and beyond
- Gaining full understanding of the solutions and services available to your clients
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience selling within the IT/Cloud/SaaS/Hardware or MPS space
- Solid client relationship management skills
- Excellent closing and negotiation skills – the ability to secure new client wins
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver growth
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to cross-sell and upsell services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence presenting via MS Teams and Zoom
If successful, you can expect a base salary of £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience, along with an excellent commission structure. This is coupled with a strong benefits package and ongoing career development (with no restrictive timescales!).
