Room Attendant
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Room Attendant to join a fantastic team at the Lanesborough.
Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, on the doorstep of Hyde Park, just a short walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Londons most exclusive shopping district; Sloane Street and Knightsbridge, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.

Candidate Profile
As aRoom Attendant you will be fully aware of The Lanesborough Culture, Service Experience and Guests Recognition that The Lanesborough is renowned for. You will be able to promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel and it would be your responsibility to look after guestrooms and ensure that the highest level of cleanliness and standards are maintained.
The Housekeeping department is key to ensuring the guests feel secure and safe in the knowledge that their guest room is treated with care and confidentiality, thereby creating the comfort of their home environment at The Lanesborough.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Basic command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- The ability to work flexible working hours
- Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service
- Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
