My client is looking for a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner that has completed a series of change projects, from restructuring to TUPE and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or be a part of the HR change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementation of new processes.
- Apply your extensive experience in organisational restructuring to streamline and optimise team structures.
- Assess current processes and contracts to identify necessary changes and improvements.
- Inspire and motivate teams, driving them forward through periods of change.
- Develop new job levels and career frameworks to align with the companyβs future goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading or being a part of HR change and transformation teams within large organisations.
- Hands-on experience with TUPE and redundancies, managing and coordinating significant organisational changes.
