Salary: £300-350 a day DOE

I am currently working with one of the most recognised global FM providers to recruit an interim Technical Account Manager for a Real Estate managing agent. This role is for someone wanting to progress their career and develop a team. It is more hands-off and allows you to provide your technical expertise throughout the teams while working closely with the client and managing the commercial aspects, including P&L responsibility for this contract.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all client-facing aspects, maintaining strong relationships and attention to detail.
• Oversee the running of the buildings on site.
• Lead teams in reducing costs while delivering successful service on the contract.
• Ensure control systems are in place to meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
• Participate in presentations, meetings, and site visits to enhance the sales process and recognition.
• Collaborate with the operational management team for business development.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and conduct audits as required.
• Lead a strong team of supervisors, providing technical guidance where needed.
• Manage budget responsibilities, including P&L oversight.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Contract/Account Manager.
• Experience delivering large-scale FM services.
• Technical qualifications in mechanical or electrical studies.
• Experience managing a P&L of £1.5 million or above.
• Demonstrated career progression.
• Strong critical experience.
• Excellent motivational skills and ambition.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Experience with an FM service provider.
• Strong management experience.
