Currently Seeking A Marketing Compliance Manager for our major Gambling Client.
About the Role
This position requires extensive experience in regulatory compliance within marketing, particularly within the UK gambling market . The successful candidate will act as the Compliance SME , engaging with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that marketing operations align with all necessary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance of all marketing communications and campaigns with regulatory requirements.
- Review and provide guidance on campaigns and marketing materials to ensure adherence to UK gambling regulations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Data Protection Officers, to ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Establish monitoring processes to track compliance across marketing activities.
- Identify and manage risks in marketing activities while keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with other business functions to support compliance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Must have strong knowledge of UK gambling regulatory requirements, including LCCP, CAP Code, Industry Codes, and ASA Guidelines .
- Regulatory compliance experience is essential – candidates without compliance expertise will not be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to inform compliance recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence and support business-wide compliance efforts.
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of key business priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with sound judgment and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Jira/Confluence .
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Experience in the betting and gaming industry .
- Compliance and risk qualifications (eg, ICA certified ).
