Our client is a housing association with properties across the UK. Currently they are seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to join their London team. This is a temporary position for 4-5 months, is on a full time basis (35 hours per week) and requires a basic DBS. You would be required to work from the office at least 2 times a week and personal vehicles are preferred but not essential. Duties will include: * Provide effective customer facing neighbourhood management services to tenants and leaseholders on mixed / leasehold tenure schemes in line with policies and procedures * Work in collaboration with development team colleagues on new development projects. Attend project site meetings to ensure there is effective record keeping of all potential management issues on new developments recording all current information within scheme management plans and scheme overviews * Excellent record keeping on housing management systems to ensure effective case management is maintained providing a timely and customer focussed response * Working with the service charge team validate service charge budgets. Provide advice, support and information to customers on leasehold and tenant service charges as required. * Investigate and respond to stage 1 complaints and Members Enquiries * Identify appropriate solutions to tackle ASB.
