Responsibilities:

1. You will advise customers and prospects on the use of Marketing Cloud systems, such as Salesforce or Selligent.
2. You proactively support technical implementation on systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent or Emarsys.
3. You are responsible for configuring and optimizing our customers’ Marketing Cloud systems.
4. You will participate in the preparation and implementation of customer meetings and workshops as well as marketing and sales activities.

Requirements:

1. Practical experience in a comparable field is more important to us than a completed degree.
2. You have experience with Marketing Cloud systems and/or experience in integrating eCommerce systems.
3. You have knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM and ideally have already acquired the ‘Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant’ certificate.
4. HTML knowledge as well as basic knowledge of Java, JSP or PHP, as well as experience in Pardot, Datorama or the Interaction Studio are desirable.
5. You have practical experience with database systems (SQL).
6. You have the ability to present complex facts in writing and orally in a comprehensible way.
7. Your very high reliability and exact way of working characterize you as well as the ability to pragmatically and quickly support potential customers.
8. Fluency in German and English.
