Job Title: HSE Manager – Project-Based (Onsite) Salary: Β£40,000 – Β£55,000 + Onsite Bonus + Car Allowance + Travel Expenses Location: Project Based We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a dynamic team delivering high-impact health, safety, and environmental solutions for construction and manufacturing projects. This exciting, project-based role offers an opportunity to work with a leading consultancy, contributing to the safety culture of multiple sites across the UK, and occasionally in the EU. Key Responsibilities: Client-side representation: Act as the primary contact for all HSE-related matters on construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. Safety Management: Implement and oversee safety and environmental procedures, including conducting thorough risk assessments, preparing method statements, and creating traffic management plans. Auditing & Reporting: Carry out audits to support and strengthen the existing management systems, and generate detailed reports for senior management. Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance and advice to site managers, supervisors, and teams on health, safety, and environmental issues, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Collaboration: Work closely with Site Managers to maintain high HSE standards, ensuring safe practices are followed consistently across all projects. Key Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in HSE management within large-scale construction or manufacturing projects. Nebosh general qualification A valid driving license is essential, as the role involves travel across various sites. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
