Our client is a dynamic global tech company that acts with vision and certainty to create change for good. They are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join their team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work four days a week in the office and one day from home, providing flexibility and balance. The successful candidate will report to the Global Director of Human Resources and serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR-related processes and policies connected to the Employee Life Cycle.
What you will do:
- Provide timely, fulsome, and accurate advice and support to HR inquiries related to all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Deliver welcoming new hire packages, orientations and accurately prepare all employee related documentation
- Conduct exit interviews, gather relevant insights, provide themes and potential recommendations
- Assist in the development, upskilling requirements and delivery of training and help gain subsequent feedback
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as guidelines and processes where they don’t exist or need to be formalised
- Interpret policies and best practices, while providing human-centered solutions.
- Accurately maintain all employee data using the current HRIS (Sage)
- Partner closely with HR colleagues and business partners to proactively contribute to the team’s overall mandate
What you will bring:
- 1-2 years experience on HR knowledge on policies and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field.
- Strong relationship management, effective listening, communication skills and interpersonal skills across all levels with commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple initiatives and deadlines while meeting service level agreements
- Adaptable and ability to work in a new and changing environment and learn quickly
- Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes; experience with transaction processing and data management
- Knowledge of HR/Learning system, and ability to leverage basic technology functionality (e.g., case management, knowledge management). Working knowledge of Workday and Share Point an asset
