Job Description

A busy and respected consultancy firm with a mission to create a world where an inclusive culture drives high performance in every workplace, is looking for a HR Project Manager to join the team. \\n\\n Known for their innovative solutions and exceptional client service, the team is dedicated to delivering high-quality work that stands out in the marketplace. \\n\\n You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all workstreams. Taking the lead in managing a high number of projects from start to finish, within a fast-paced environment. Including managing team capacity, resourcing, and overseeing all aspects of the lifecycle, within a timely manner and to a high standard.

This may include global cultural change programmes, return on Inclusion audits, organisational design or development programmes. \\n\\n This is a full-time role, with occasional travel required. \\n\\n Key responsibilities as HR Project Manager:\\n\\nEffective management of multiple projects and deadlines, within a fast-paced environment, ensuring they are executed to the highest quality.\\nLiaise with external stakeholders where required, to ensure work is aligned with client requirements and expectations. Providing timely updates and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.\\nForecast team capacity and assign relevant skilled resources, using established processes.\\nProvide detailed reports and analysis of live projects to internal and external stakeholders.\\nHost stand up meetings and updating the team management on progress across the all projects, both verbally and in writing.\\nManage and maintain all projects within Asana, ensuring all workflows are kept updated and accurate.\\nConsider the global element to all projects, ensuring project content is relevant in the countries in which the client operates. \\nEvaluate and measure success and challenges, in order to enhance learning for future.\\nWe’re looking for a HR Project Manager with:\\n\\nProven experience in a Project Manager role or similar position, preferably within a consultancy, Human Resources or professional services environment.\\nExtensive experience of managing projects across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines.\\nProject Management qualification, such as Prince2, Agile or Waterfall.\\nStrong organisational skills and experience in managing HR related projects.\\nExperience and knowledge of Project Management tools and excel.\\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
