Lettings Manager – Liverpool – up to £35k basic £55k OTE This is a rare opportunity to join this leading Lettings and Property Management brand who have been established for 15 years in Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager who will also assist in growing and expanding their Sales department. Main Duties for the Lettings Manager role: Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall sales and lettings business Setting, maintaining and achieving targets Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting. Attending and instructing lettings valuations Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management Training, leading and mentoring a team to achieve high standards Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance Conducting 1:1’s for your team, recognising individual and team achievements Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders Staying informed and up to date on legislation and upcoming changes, ensuring your team are trained and adapting as required
