Finance Business Partner | Cheltenham | Engineering | £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a highly regarded engineering firm with a strong industry reputation and a tenured, collaborative team. This role offers the chance to play a key part in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within a dynamic business. We’re looking for a strong communicator with experience challenging the business. Ideally from engineering or manufacturing. This is commutable from South Gloucestershire, Newport, Worcestershire, and the Cotswolds.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and strategic advice.
2. Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
3. Develop business cases and support investment decisions.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize costs, pricing, and profitability.
5. Improve financial processes and reporting to enhance decision-making.

Your Profile:

1. CIMA / ACMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or equivalent
2. Strong communicator
3. Experience in Engineering / Manufacturing is desirable
4. Analytical skills
