Job Description
Conduct full credit due diligence on new transactions including business review, financial analysis, downside cases and financial modelling as well as review of legal documentation, and present at Investment Committees.
Attend lender meetings, physically or online, and be prepared to ask questions.
Actively manage a portfolio of leveraged finance deals and ongoing analysis of a Borrower’s financial performance and preparation of periodic credit monitoring reports.
Consider ESG criteria for all credits in collaboration with the ESG team.
Identify any underperforming assets early and provide recommendations on strategy to senior management.
Analysis and preparation of reports for new transactions, amendments & waivers on existing allocated portfolios and refinancing opportunities.
Perform presentations to relevant committees in the business.
Maintain a network with issuing banks and other counterparties in the market, representing the platform in a positive way externally.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, regulations and guidelines.
The Successful Applicant
Strong track record in financial services (Bank/CLO/Private Debt/Direct Lending).
Experience in the Leveraged Finance market.
Credit skills with exposure to a wide range of business sectors.
Commercially aware with strong analytical and cash flow modelling skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
French language skills essential.
