Maps Reporting Specialist with JAPANESE Language

Location: London (22 Bishopsgate, City of London, London EC2N 4A)
Work Model: Hybrid.

Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in JAPANESE? We\’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our London team as a Maps Reporting Specialist with Japanese Language! Your responsibilities would include delivering exceptional customer support for our maps service, analyzing and reporting map data to ensure precision and quality, and collaborating with a global team to improve user experience.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Must have good oral & written communication skills and the ability to read, write, & speak fluent English and Japanese.
  2. English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, and work are in English.
  3. English language skills of candidates are assessed using Apple provided Comms assessment.
  4. Setup, configure, and maintain devices for editing, testing, and documentation as per instructions provided by Apple.
  5. Communicate and update Apple manager on the status of assigned tasks.
  6. Liaise with other support groups in Apple.
  7. Graduation/15 years of education is the minimum qualification requirement.
  8. Interest in Apple products and/or mapping (preferred but not required).
  9. Mac OS X experience preferred.

Ideal candidate should have:

  1. 2+ years technical support or other problem-solving experience required.
  2. Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources.
  3. Keen attention to detail and self-motivated.
  4. Customer service background (Communications team) preferred, but not necessary.
  5. Perform information validation by calling if required.
  6. QGIS skills would be an advantage.
  7. Able to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.
  8. Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes.
  9. Can summarize information from different spoken and written sources.
  10. The ability to differentiate different types of meaning in complex situations, i.e., direct communications with our customers.
  11. Written and verbal fluency in the agreed language(s) without aids (e.g., translation software or tools).
