Receptionist Position at Private Equity Firm

We are seeking a receptionist for a Private Equity firm located in the West End. The role involves:

  1. Answering calls and managing meeting room calendars.
  2. Ordering couriers, cabs, stationery, and handling post.
  3. Meeting and greeting clients and guests.
  4. Supporting operations tasks and assisting with projects.
  5. Assisting Accounts with invoicing.
  6. Providing administrative support to Associates.
  7. Processing expenses and making travel arrangements.

Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have reception experience in a professional services environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be well-presented, hardworking, and professional.
