Development Executive required for this rapidly scaling commercial insurance brokerage in Glasgow.

In this newly created position, your core remit here is to convert commercial insurance leads generated via two key corporate partnerships and from a panel of professional practices.

You’ll be working with SME level firms with turnovers from £500k to around £15m across all main areas of the SME marketplace.

You’ll be providing clear insurance advice to these businesses across their main commercial insurance requirements including everything from property and liability through to cyber, financial lines and fleet.

From a support perspective, you’ll have all your handling, claims, admin and placement work managed for you leaving you to fully focus on the conversion if business from your corporate partnerships.

You’ll receive a bonus of 30% on all your new business income up and above the base salary of between £40,000 and £60,000.

You’ll be working on a hybrid basis splitting your time between the city centre office, out seeing clients and catching up with admin from home.

It’s a superb opportunity for you to build your status as an Executive in the Scottish market without any of the drawbacks in having to hunt for new business.

The vibe here is that of a professional independent business where you benefit from all the brilliant support you need to be successful, without the hierarchy or clunkiness of a global business.
