Role Overview
We’re seeking a Depot Manager to oversee our depot operations and support bases. Your responsibilities will include ensuring health and safety compliance, environmental standards, and operator licensing, alongside delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

- CPC Qualification.

- Experience managing people and health and safety in a unionized, multi-shift setting.
- Knowledge of environmental and health and safety legislation.
- Understanding of the local area.
- Ability to work with clear KPIs.
- Proven record of operational improvement.
- Strong communication, planning skills, and team collaboration.
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths; A-Levels or a Degree are advantageous.
