Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Senior Analyst III – Service Delivery to join our team. This role is critical in designing, deploying, managing, and maintaining infrastructure services and end-user technologies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery, with a focus on providing excellent technical support and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for infrastructure services, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Participate in infrastructure deployment and migration projects, supporting implementation activities.
- Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand and meet business infrastructure needs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including incident logs, system records, and process guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and DXC Technology standards in infrastructure service delivery.
- Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure technology analysis, support, and troubleshooting.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical issues and suggest solutions.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in a technical role within a fast-paced IT environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant IT certifications such as: CompTIA A+ (for foundational IT support skills), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (for cloud computing knowledge), Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (for end-user service delivery expertise).
- Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and familiarity with incident management processes.
