An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join the Egham Operations Team as a Trainee Coordinator. This is an amazing opportunity to learn on the job, gain experience and achieve a qualification. This role requires you to do an apprenticeship programme. This course is a level 3 International Freight Forwarding Specialist. Grade C or Grade 4 and above is desirable. The course is 18 months and also includes BIFA Customs Essentials Course. The role will be based at our office facility in Egham, Surrey
Duties include but not limited to:
- Understand the movements for Air/Sea and road
- Learn and understand Customs Entries
- Learn to use and understand our Freight Management System
- Liaise with our Global Partners
- Undertake specific Training Courses
