Job Overview: The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for leading our B2B social engagement efforts with a strong focus on lead generation within our target audiences. The candidate will be building strong professional communities, engaging with key decision-makers and converting social interactions into high quality sales opportunities. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across our leadership profiles, building relationships with potential customers and executing strategies that support our revenue goal. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute the GTM strategy. Success in this role will be measured by lead generation targets, making it ideal for someone with a strong grasp of B2B thought leadership and relationship-building.
Location: Powerverse offers a hybrid working environment, with employees typically spending two days per week in the office and the rest working remotely. Our office is located in the iconic County Hall building in Westminster, London, right across the river from the Houses of Parliament.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Community Engagement & Growth: Manage and grow our professional communities across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, industry forums and online networks). Engage with decision-makers and industry influencers to establish thought leadership and trust. Collaborate with industry experts to increase our brand authority and facilitate networking to drive brand visibility.
- Lead Generation & Performance Tracking: Develop and execute social strategies that drive marketing qualified leads and sales qualified leads. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to identify potential leads. Track and optimise lead generation performance, reporting on KPIs such as conversion rates and pipeline.
- Content Execution: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social strategy with Account Based Marketing initiatives. Create and distribute value-driven B2B content, including thought leadership articles, case studies, partnership announcements, events and industry insights.
Key Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and networking
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years experience of the energy sector, ideally gained in a related solution such as electric vehicle charging, solar and battery.
