Job Description:
VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a highly reputable Textiles Company with the Recruitment of a Senior Operations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Belfast .
Salary – £50,000 – £60,000 Depending on Experience + Fantastic Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Project Management of a wide range of business projects as required
- Manage all Maintenance Personnel and Engineering Projects
- Overall Management of the company Asset Strategy and Capital Programme
- Contribute to the Company Senior Management Team
- Manage all aspects of relationships with key external contractors and suppliers
- Manage all aspects of Regulatory Affairs ensuring Company are in compliance with all relevant legislation
- Manage the Company quality system ensuring full compliance with ISO
- Liaise with relevant government bodies and ensure Company are in compliance. Manage any issues that may arise to ensure Company are compliant and licence to operate continues.
- Devise and implement systems to drive continuous improvement throughout Company operations
- Other equivalent duties as required by the company
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous Operations Manager Experience (2 Years+)
- Commercially Astute
- Experience of driving Continuous Improvement Strategy/Systems
