We are looking for a Senior Project Surveyor to join our Building team in London, working on a £200m commercial project.

What you\’ll do:

  • Ensure that the financial position of a construction project is reported accurately and controlled effectively and is maintained throughout.
  • Control the cost management for the project and provide financial reporting regularly.
  • Understand the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change. Ensure all required notices are issued in a timely manner.
  • Understand the forecast cost to completion, establish and use cost management systems.
  • Assist in risk and opportunity management (with operations team) of known and newly identified risks and opportunities for best project return.

What you\’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience of working on medium to large Build projects £80million+ and have relevant experience of running significant multiple subcontract packages £5-20m.
  • Working knowledge of one or more forms of construction contracts i.e. JCT, NEC, Bespoke.
  • Up to date knowledge of NRM Rules.
  • Understand and articulate the construction process/sequence.
  • Understanding of programme critical path activities.
