Manpower are currently seeking a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to join our client in LE4. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the school facilities are in excellent condition. Oversee the cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Conduct regular inspections of the school premises to identify any safety hazards and implement corrective measures. Maintain outdoor areas including gardens, playgrounds, and sports fields to ensure they are safe About you: Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role, preferably within a school or educational setting. Basic knowledge of maintenance Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail. A commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to undertake a DBS check.
