Our client, one of the largest global research agencies, is now looking for an Associate Director specializing in social policy evaluation to join their specialist policy team.

At Associate Director level, you will be integral to business development and the management of projects across a wide variety of diverse issues within social policy. You will manage and mentor junior members of the team while learning and building on your already existing skill-set and experience.

About You:
You will have a strong academic background in social sciences, e.g., economics, economic geography, or stats.
You will have a PASSION for and understanding of social policy.
You will have designed and delivered evaluation frameworks and evaluation methods.
You will have applied economic and quantitative evaluation techniques, such as cost-benefit analysis, data-linking, econometric analysis (panel data models – fixed and random effects), and experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluation methods (RCTs, matching methods).
Salary & Benefits:
Salary depends on experience and expertise in evaluation, up to £55k++ unique set of attractive benefits.
