A little more about your role…
In your new role as our National MEP BIM Lead, you will develop and oversee the firm’s BIM strategy for Building Services projects, ensuring compliance with key industry standards such as ISO 19650 and BSRIA BG6. Acting as both a trusted advisor and an innovative developer, you will maintain up-to-date documentation, implement best-practice workflows, and champion the adoption of digital engineering tools. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed robust BIM processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency. A core aspect of your role involves upskilling colleagues, creating tailored training sessions, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
- MEP BIM experience, demonstrating either leadership or deep technical development.
- Full, in-depth proficiency in Revit, plus strong knowledge of Navisworks and ACC/BIM360.
- A background in the development of new processes and managing BIM family libraries.
- Hands-on understanding of ISO 19650 and BSRIA BG6 standards.
- Coding or computational design skills (e.g., Dynamo).
- Familiarity with COBie data formats, classification systems (Uniclass 2), and secure data management protocols.
- A proven ability to upskill colleagues, influence project delivery, and drive digital transformation.
- Have an ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively, with a strategic mindset to align BIM goals across diverse teams.
