Our Enterprise Wide Technology (EWT) team, comprising over 450 technologists and specialists, ensures seamless technology operations. We pride ourselves on supporting our clients through various economic and regulatory environments.

As a Cloud Solution Architect within our Audit Technology Architecture team, you will be pivotal in delivering project-based technical design artefacts. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and colleagues to develop solutions and services that empower our Audit practice to deliver industry-leading services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various roles and disciplines to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Create and manage design materials essential for new solution delivery and ensure proper transition into build activities.
• Provide cost-effective and commercially aware budgetary control and management for design recommendations.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of Azure solutions, offering technical oversight throughout the process.
• Support team members in dialogues with the business, contributing to business cases, budgetary forecasts, and project estimates.

Qualifications

• A passion for Architecture with a minimum of 6 months experience in a design capacity.
• Proven ability to identify and implement technical efficiencies within agreed solutions.
• Demonstrable experience deploying services within Azure.
• Extensive experience with MS technologies (Windows Server, SQL, AD, DNS, File Services, Clustering, etc.).
• Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure-as-code, PowerShell, and DevOps principles.
• Awareness of systems thinking, considering security, cost, and continual improvement.
• Knowledge of networking technologies in both on-prem and cloud contexts and identity management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft toolsets/technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years in engineering roles with solution design experience.
• Experience in a wide base of technologies.
• Highly desirable certifications: AZ-104 / AZ-400, AZ-303/304/305.
