Arvato UK are seeking to hire Quality Officer to join our Quality team. The role is to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction after product delivery. The ideal candidate will monitor after-sales processes, handle customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
Your Tasks:
- Monitor after-delivery services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and service issues received from our B2B and B2C customers via our portal, ticketing or email systems.
- Conduct audits and assessments on after-delivery operations.
- Work with customer service and technical teams to improve response times and service quality.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Train staff on best practices in warehouse quality management.
Your Profile:
- Ideally experience in a Quality Assurance background from a 3PL, Logistics or manufacturing field.
- Strong Customer service back ground essential.
- The ability to prioritise complaints and manage a diverse workload.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
