Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Director who holds a wealth of construction knowledge in refurbishment and new build construction.
Qualifications/Experience
- Relevant qualification in Project Management or Construction Management
- Member of the Chartered Institute – Not essential but a bonus
- An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
- Experience working on refurbishment and new build projects at a large scale
- Experience working with QS and managing the contracts team and sub-contractors
