Job Description:

The Store Manager is the cornerstone of the store, the point of reference for the company and the staff. As a Store Manager, you will manage the team and organization of the store in London in all its aspects.

We are looking for a profile with organizational skills, leadership skills, autonomy, and resolute problem-solving skills, to be able to coordinate the team and guide the point of sale towards business goals.

Your duties as Store Manager will be:

• Coordinate and supervise team work
• Mentor and train staff following the Subdued guidelines
• Organize staff’s daily schedules and activities
• Inspect and replenish the assortment of goods
• Handle priorities and ensure compliance with all administrative and safety practices
• Manage cash flow operations and reporting required to verify the performance of the store
• Ensure store layout is in line with company policies

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the English language
• Hourly flexibility and full-time availability to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Experience of at least 6 months as Store Manager in the retail field, preferably in the fashion sector, in dynamic contexts
• Preferably living in the same area as the store
