About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid – one day per month on site):
- Map the As-Is landscape for the contact centre.
- Create the blueprint for the integrations with the various systems.
- Lead the research/discovery and create the documentation that completes the business case for the Resident Experience Programme.
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Contact Centres.
- Extensive Public Sector / Local Authority experience.
- As-Is landscaping on a large scale.
- Experience maturing functions.
