We’re Hiring: Senior and Principal Recruitment Consultants

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving business growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and account expansion.
- Using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche industry tools to source top-tier talent.
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and providing strategic insights.
- Keeping our ATS (Bullhorn) up-to-date with detailed candidate and client information.
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
Who You Are:
- A proven recruiter with a strong billing history.
- Confident managing the full 360 recruitment process and delivering on ambitious targets.
- Experienced in or passionate about the life sciences sector.
