We’re Hiring: Senior and Principal Recruitment Consultants
We’re growing our London office, and we’re on the lookout for recruitment experts to help us shape the next chapter of our success story. This is a front-facing role, perfect for someone eager to take charge of their desk, grow a thriving client base, and deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving business growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and account expansion.
- Using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche industry tools to source top-tier talent.
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and providing strategic insights.
- Keeping our ATS (Bullhorn) up-to-date with detailed candidate and client information.
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

- A proven recruiter with a strong billing history.
- Confident managing the full 360 recruitment process and delivering on ambitious targets.
- Experienced in or passionate about the life sciences sector.
