You will be advising on all aspects of a ship’s life from shipbuilding contracts to financing, ship recycling, and everything in between. The team deals with all types of vessels including bulk carriers, container ships, tankers, reefers, cruise ships, yachts, offshore rigs, FSRUs, FPSOs, and other floating energy projects, as well as supply and support vessels. Strong academics and solid non-contentious shipping experience are essential, including shipbuilding contracts, ship sale and purchase, financing, and charter parties, with a comfortable working knowledge of BIMCO.
