We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Director (Level 7) to join our M&A Integration Team!
As a Performance Director, you will be responsible for an independent review of the existing measures and KPIs for teams throughout IRIS, as well as identifying new metrics for the benefit of IRIS. You will work with the business to create self-serve dashboards enabling quicker reactions to opportunities and problem areas. You will also be responsible for objectively policing business metrics and flagging any concerns that may arise.
What you will be doing
- Review, create, and modify existing measures and KPIs within teams throughout IRIS
- Identify new metrics that could be beneficial to the business
- Work with the business to create self-serve dashboards to provide insights
- Provide analysis to enable quicker reactions to opportunities and problem areas
- Track IRIS internal VCP (Value Creation Plans)
- Provide support and work closely with COO SLT (senior leadership team)
- Help manage and review company and COO OKRs
- Objectively police business metrics and flag any concerns
- Provide reporting and insights to Directors of teams (e.g. Renewals Director, Managed Services Director)
- Collaborate with Data Science Business Partner and Finance Business Partners
- Work with key SMEs for each area’s review
