What’s on offer? We’re looking for a Trainee Surveyor to join our Regional Office in Exeter. What you’ll do:

• Assist with quantity surveying tasks on residential developments
• Support site measures, drawing take-offs, and rate production
• Update key databases, licences, and cost records
• Help price client extras and produce reports
• Contribute to procurement, site admin, invoice processing, and material enquiries
• Ensure health & safety compliance, including Covid-19 protocols

What we’re looking for:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• A-level education or equivalent
• A keen interest in surveying
• Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
• Willingness to learn and meet deadlines
• (Preferred) Knowledge of construction methods, contract law, and H&S standards
• (Preferred) Studying or completed a construction-related qualification
