The Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Engineer with experience in Medical, to champion quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products consistently exceed expectations. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the linchpin of quality, working closely with manufacturing, customers, and stakeholders to maintain and elevate our standards.
As a Senior Quality Engineer at Plexus, you will perform engineering design services and other related product development and/or product commercialization services supporting quality aspects of the product. You will be the point person on the project for ensuring adherence to established quality system standards, regulatory requirements, and product safety standards. Quality Engineers own product design and development planning, design controls, risk management activities, and regulatory aspects. In addition they support the team with Design Verification activities, product compliance testing, and cybersecurity. Finally, you will lead the Quality System by maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and providing expert technical training and guidance.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in the Medical Device sector.
