This person will provide essential guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of electrical projects. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with effective leadership, managing the electrical team, coordinating tasks, and ensuring all projects meet timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Whether you are an established electrical supervisor or an experienced electrician eager to take on supervisory responsibilities, this position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects and drive efficient operations.

Duties and responsibilities of the Electrical Supervisor:

  1. Supervise all personnel in both workshop and on-site environments, including company employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
  2. Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety policies for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
  3. Conduct final testing of electrical equipment, update technical drawings using AutoCAD and EPlan, and manage material orders.
  4. Assist with on-site surveys and contribute to project cost estimations for quotes.
  5. Prepare job-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  6. Maintain high housekeeping standards and enforce proper use of PPE.
  7. Verify and approve timesheets for employees and contractors.
  8. Demonstrate strong communication skills, budget awareness, and strict adherence to HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental) requirements.
  9. This position will require travel and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications and requirements for the Electrical Supervisor:

  1. Completed a recognized Apprenticeship.
  2. City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
  3. ONC or HNC in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  4. A full, clean driving license is essential.
  5. Offshore training (BOSIET) will be provided for offshore projects.
  6. Willingness to travel internationally at short notice.
