Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite Customer Support – Troubleshoot and resolve issues with motors and drive systems
- System Integration & Testing – Conduct lab and field testing for development and customer validation
- Pre & Post-Production Support – Assist customers with system setup, testing, and production
- Collaboration – Work closely with engineering teams to improve processes and solution
- Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships and provide high-quality support
- Travel Flexibility – Must be willing to travel globally every 1-3 months
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification or proven industry experience
- Hands-on experience inengineering/manufacturing
- Strongproblem-solving & troubleshooting skills
- Ability toread technical drawings and follow detailed processes
- Experience withsoldering, wiring, and PCB assembly
- Excellentcommunication & customer service skills
- Flexible & adaptable – willing to travel globally and work in different environments
- Self-motivated & proactive with a passion for delivering high-quality results
