About the Role

We’re expanding our team and looking for skilled, dedicated Air Conditioning Installers to join our growing team.

As an Air Conditioning Installer at Infinity, you’ll play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems. You will be responsible for ensuring single, multi-split, VRF and VRV systems are installed correctly, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems
• Ensure all installations comply with building codes and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing HVAC systems, providing customers with efficient solutions
• Provide customers with clear explanations of system operations and offer recommendations for system improvements
• Perform routine maintenance, ensuring all systems are running efficiently

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an air conditioning installer or HVAC technician
• Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning qualification or equivalent
• F-Gas certificate
• Relevant manufacture training is desirable
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
