Part Time HR BP – Poole/Hybrid – Temp – Up to £30.26p/h

What you’ll be doing:

As the HR BP you will be responsible for understanding the unique challenges of the business area and working closely with centrally based Subject Matter Experts to ensure that people solutions are practical and that consistency in people policies and practices is maintained.

What we’re looking for:

  • Provide business partner support to drive performance and engagement.
  • Align people strategy with regional goals and organisational objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all people-related matters.
  • Empower line managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Build trusted relationships across business units and teams.

Hours & Benefits:

  • 3 days per week (ideally Wednesday to Friday 22.2 hrs per week)
  • Hybrid /Flexible Working

This is a temporary role for 3 months.
