Job Description:

I have partnered with one of the leading Property Management consultancies in the UK to grow their London City Office, Trophy Asset Management Team.

My client is looking to hire at Senior Surveyor level with the opportunity to play a client lead role managing some of London’s most iconic office buildings both in the City & The West End, buildings in excess of sq ft.

Your portfolio will be limited to a maximum of 5, ensuring you have a platform to focus on enhancing asset values.

Areas such as ESG, Prop tech, placemaking, building strategy & occupier engagement among other services that sit within value-added services (VAS). The crossover and level of collaboration with the Asset Manager provides a forward-thinking, dynamic platform.

They have an ethos of growing their own, with over 90% of the Partners starting as Graduate Surveyors; you will be reporting into a Senior Associate who also joined as a Graduate.

My client offers a flexible working policy with three days in the office and two from home.

They are looking to pay up to £60,000, including car allowance plus package, but if your aspirations are higher, a conversation is still to be had.

This is an appropriate position for a Surveyor looking for a more senior position or a Senior Surveyor looking for a higher calibre of client & asset.
