Brand Marketing Manager – Hertfordshire – £65-75,
Are you a fragrance superfan who follows global trends, developments, and innovations? Do you know the ins and outs of fragrance licensing and its impact on NPD and marketing? Join a leading fragrance and beauty distributor and lead the way on NPD and Marketing for four licensed global fragrance brands. From experience in a similar role, you understand the challenges and opportunities ahead, and are excited to steer your brands to new success.
Key Responsibilities
- Create NPD concept briefs with global relevance and appeal
- Oversee bottle design and fragrance packaging, collaborating with production and fragrance teams
- Develop marketing campaign concepts
- Analyse target consumer base, with input from brand team
- Manage pre-launch initiatives and social media
- Identify and structure customer strategy
- Define strategy and plans for sales & marketing campaigns
- Train and guide sales team
This hybrid role is based in the Hertfordshire office 2-3 days each week. Regular trips to NYC are an exciting aspect of the role, as you manage development and expansion of these global fragrance brands.
