Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Photographer / Floor Planner and EPC assessor located in Brighton with some work from home flexibility. The role will involve capturing high-quality images and creating detailed floor plans for residential properties. The candidate will be responsible for producing marketing material that meets the high standards set by GDImpact and its clients.

Qualifications

• Photography and Videography skills
• Proficiency in floor planning software
• DEA qualified
• Experience in property photography and floor planning
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
• Knowledge of real estate and property marketing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with drone photography is a plus
