We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our ESG Reporting unit in the Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) team. The team provides expert ESG reporting advice to clients across a range of complex sustainability reporting issues.
You will have a client-facing role and lead projects of varying scale and complexity, focusing on the application of ESG reporting regulations, in particular: the CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, and other recognizable frameworks. You will often work as part of cross-functional teams including Strategy, Assurance, Corporate Reporting, Audit, and Tax.
You will also drive business development activities with clients and contribute to the team’s growth and success. As a Senior Manager, you will engage directly with your clients responding to a range of technical queries, drawing on your own expertise and identifying when additional input is required from other colleagues and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the business.
As a member of the leadership team, you will be expected to actively promote and exemplify the department’s cultural values to your staff. You will lead teams and supervise the work of employees based in the UK and offshore locations. You will also manage the performance of a small team of staff.

- Leading business development efforts in a sector / AAS service line.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with senior client staff and colleagues across various KPMG departments.

- Contributing to practice and risk management, including thought leadership.
- Performance managing junior team members, ensuring that you are having rich development conversations that support their growth and career progression.
